Hello! I have a question for those who are sponsoring a spouse, more specifically those sponsoring from outside of Canada.
I have sent all my paper to the address below.
Case Processing Center ?EMississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway
Suite 1200
Mississauga Ontario, L4Z 1H8
But they sent all the paper back to me. They need...
Provide proof of your intention e.g. letter of employment or contract from Canadian employer, proof of contatcs made with potential employers in Canada, letter of resignation or end of contract with currecnt employer, letter of acceptance of education institute in Canada etc.
Anyway, now they want us to send back the application to
CPC Mississauga/CTD Mississauga
P.O. Box 6100, Station A / C.P. 6100, StationA
MISSISSAUGA ON L5A 4H4
but I need to use a courier. Does anyone know not PO box address for the above???

You can call the call center and have this verified. Normally, they just give out the PO box address and if you need something couriered, they will just give it right then by giving the call center a call.

Send the package to the addrs in the application package...it is a PO Box but it will get there....it has got there for thousands of people before you.

I take it that you are outside Canada with your spouse?
You need to prove to them that you will sever all ties with the country that you are in and that you will make an effort to settle in Canada on or before the date that your spouse lands.

no courier will be allowed there exept which canada post. we tried fed ex . they denied. then went to post office and use express post for track.
canada post official said we can only use the service they are providing for any po box........... guess help you.

Canada Post lied to you......of course they will say ONLY they can send it.It is business that they would lose.
Keep trying! It can be sent by courier.

I apply to sponsor my Wife From Africa and my application was denied, reasion because I did not declard at the port of entery that I am married. I declard my marriage to the Protection Officer at the Refugee Camp but he did not forward it to the Canadian Embassy.The Embassy did not sent for me the decision of the Visa Officer but my Wife got her last month (rejection) Should I reapply again or appeal? if appeal what are the steps to be taken?

GET A VERY GOOOD LAWYER!!! DO things quickly!!! Canadian Goverment is quite stringent on the Imgration Case Approvals. ... all the above problems people have mentioned above can be enlightened, if you all GET GOOD Lawyers! ... Good Luck to all of you! Keep trying!
