  First,
I can´t believe how incredibly useful this forum is! It is better than hiring a lawyer (which of course I didn´t).

I guess I have one last question: in Buffalo´s list they say that needed is a letter of verification from your employer stating your annual salary with all the benefits. Letter from HR I received only states annual salary, job title, and dates from and to. I can print my entire benefit list from my intranet (bonus percentage, health benefits, etc etc etc). Do they really need such unofficial printout? Anyone in my situation?

That´s what I thought... just didn´t wanna flood them with too much papers to read. I will print it out. If it´s junk, let them trash it, so......I´ll do my part to the best I can.
Thanks sharon!

Karajero, thanks for advice. For my work im trying to get as much as possible. problem is that my company won´t give out any recomendation letters. however, i was able to get a letter from hr stating my title, employment length, and salary. then i printed some stuff from our intranet, like generic job description for my job title, my internal resume, and i asked our company notary to verify both online and notarize it. she was super nice. she verified the stuff i had, and put her seal on it. i really hope that this can serve as the job description for the reviewing officer. as for benefits, i also printed out from my intranet some data about me, and i will also include a bunch of paycheck stubs copies. that should cover my job thing. well, and i do have my original employment contract copy too.
what do you think?
