Subject: educational opportunities for Canadian PR
What kinds of priviledges do Canadian permanent residences have? For example, are they eligible for financial aid the same as citizens? What kind of tuition is charged at the government universities?

let´s say 150/credit,(colleges) and you are qualified for federal student loan. Let´s say a single person without kids, you can take interest-free student loan, gives you about 10 grands a year, including tuition fee and living expense. Interest will be charged 6 month after you finished study. As long as you keep full-time college student, no interest will be charge
