Subject: To Sharon and DB (even others)--Medicals dispute
Hi there, I apologise for dragging this issue too much. But I assure, this is the last time I talk about this to you, I promise. My heart burns whenever I think abt these cheats who cheat the innocent students.

See the reason why I am dragging the medicals issue (creating the dispute with the doctor through my credit card) is I don´t want that DMP to ever cheat anybody, because I have lotta Canadian DMPs in my city, even though this DMP was bit costly, I selected this because they said they have X-ray, blood test, everything in the same place, and they would definitely send it to Ottawa in 4 days. I had been calling them for lot of times to know the status, but the person told if they had any problem with medicals they would have called me, as they haven´t called me, it should be considered that the medicals is sent to Ottawa. Just to get the tracking number I called them, they told it was sent after 40 days, and when I asked for the reason, I was told 2 or 3 diferent reasons on three different calls. (One of the crazy reason is, there was a shade in the X-ray and they had to wait for a specialist and it took 4 weeks for the specialist) (is it my problem, every second we keep thinking abt immigration and status, see what reckless these people are, even if we pay lot of money)

Another time I called them same person and she said that the doctor was not in the office for a couple of weeks. (But when the doctor tested me, she said she is gonna be in the office, and she doesn´t take leave)

I know just to make money these people give people ffalse promises. What I am gonna do it, block the payment partly (I am gonna block 50% of the total money I paid for the medicals) So, let me know your suggestion, if I do this through my credit card company, do you think they will contact the CIC and tell them that I am doing like this, and if they create a bad impression on me with the CIC, then CIC might reject my application too, eh?? (as this might create a wrong impression that and a bad conduct reference) You know what, before I started my medicals, I took the print of Canadian DMPs in my area, 15-20 DMPs and talked to everybody abt how many days it takes to send to Ottawa, believe me, I even talked to lotta DMPs twice.

So, based on all these unwritten evidence, (they promised me that the medicals would be sent to Ottawa in one week) I am gonna block 50% of my payment. So will the DMP inform this to CIC and create a bad reference on me which will result in rejecting my Passport request (which I am expecting anytime?)) Please post your suggestion. Thanks a lot for relieving the pain from my heart. Thanks.

If you block payment, they will stop processing. This immigration proces is long and hard but you have to follow the rules.
You said they said it would be sent after 4 days...it has been 40 days...maybe there was miscommunication. Maybe there was shading on the X-ray...they don´t create delays on purpose. Be patient. Stay calm. If you stop payment or block half payment, it can only mean bad news for you.

Good luck

but they are telling different reasons everytime....so you mean to say, this issue will be notified to CIC if I created an issue out of this?

you are winding this way out of control. if the doctor has misrepresented something that you can substantiate, file a complaint with CIC and suggest they are inappropriate doctors for immigration screening. what is the purpose of stopping the payment? not even sure you can! what would it serve? it certainly would not make you application go any faster.

if your medicals already received by cic then the DMP can do nothing , but if not he/she may further delay your report thats the only thing he/she can do, otherwise your alright, filing a compliant to cic against that docrot is a good idea, but blocking payment is absolutely safe if your medicals already received.
bet whats the name of the doctor?

dont do it buddy. why do you want to shoot yourself in the leg by stopping payment. Just leave it. Atleast they have sent it after 40 days. So accept it and move on. There are much more bigger challenges awaiting you after medicals (frustration of waiting for months and years after medicals).
Even my DMP sent the report to ottawa after 18 days. What can i do about it. Just get over it dude. May be you can file a complaint on DMP after you get your immigration. Dont complicate it now.
