Subject: Discarding IELTS score |
I screwed up my IETLS listening test today.
Reading and writing was however ok..
can I ask the CIC to ignore my listening score?

(in reply to: Discarding IELTS score) Wait for your score first!
I "screwed up" my listening really bad, and almost went and paid for the next test in desparation (3 months ahead). Then I got my results and it was 7.0. So, don´t despair, wait. Listening always leaves everyone feeling like they didn´t make it.
Let us know later what you got on your results.

(in reply to: Discarding IELTS score) kinda doubt it. I think it is an all or nothing deal. that is the general purpose of the test!

(in reply to: Discarding IELTS score) true, you cannot submit only 3 sections. but i really think he should get his results before doing anything, even feeling down has no basis at this point.
unless what you are talking about are the received results..then...you just gotta retake the test. if so, then it´s gonna be easier next time since you know exactly what to expect and how it all looks like.
