i ve been deported given voluntury departure from usa for working illegally i was on F1 VISA; i ve got my MBA ;now i m back to my country
Dos it affect my application to immigrate to canada .
does THE FBI CLEARANCE contain such information
ive been in the states for 3 years i never been convicted of any crimes
please help

FBI Clearance will only reflect arrests due to criminal offenses. I don´t think illegal immigration & deportation fall under such. Any other opinion?

FBI database does contain that info. As it is tied into fingerprints.
