| Subject: How to contact Ottawa medicals office |

Hey guys, I am an In-Canada applicant. I was told by my DMP that the medicals has been sent in the third week of June ´05. I want to send my friend who is in Ottawa to find go to the office and confirm whether the medicals have reached successfully.
Can anybody tell the address and let me know what information I have to give to my friend for authorisation in the medicals office.

You can order the CAIPS notes, it will be stated there, I think

I have the same poroblem and ordered caips note to find out whether my medical report recived or not which i done on March 2005 .i got caips note last month .but it doesn´t say my medical result is recieved.so it is a good way to find another possibility or their address in Ottawa. So if you find out any information ps forward to us.

If your file has not been assessed yet, nothing will show in your caips note so it´s useless to order one prior to the assessment.
