You apply residency in New Delhi and when they call you for interview is it possible to have the interview transfer to U.S.A? For some reason I will have to apply to New Delhi Consulate and since I am in U.S just in case if they ask for interview can I have them do the interview in Buffalo or other Canadian consulates in U.S?

Transfer the interview means file transfer, its possbile by law but the assestment should be start from the zero. so dont waste your time .
