Subject: refused 2 years Ban

Dear Friends,
I had interview at CHC islamabad. They didnt accept my degrees coz they were fake and said you have been banned for 2 years. The visa officer already decided that thing and was ready to give decision. Please let me know if I send them a brief letter of explanation with my original degrees to re consideration on my case will they give me one more chance to explain about myself. I have done B.A aswell but I submitted earlier B.tech degree .. B.a Is also at graduate level and the level are same .. I have done various courses and have experience also.. I think thats the only way..!
I have heard that they are very friendly..

Advise will be highly appreciated.

abbas ali

Fake paperwork abounds in Pakistan. I guess you are out of luck since CIC seems to know that. At present, Canada is aggressively recruiting terrorists so try your luck again. You never know which terror train, bound for Canada, you might successfully land on.

Abbas ali/Kazmi,
Don´t you think Canadian Immigration Officers (In fact Canadian Govt. system)are still very nice- They should be right away arrest you, instead of just two years ban !!!!!!!

Hope U understand your SIZE of guilty ( How ever guilty is guilty )

it´s true you have a degree????
if it´s true. why you r so afraid? it´s very easy to prove if you really have a degree.
- call your school and ask them to send your formal letter regarding your degree and transcript
do not open the envelope, as soon as you receive it, send them to CIC, you should be ok. and hopefully you get your PPR in 3 weeks.

Jim... you do not understand something. He applied with fraudulent documents! He said he had a degree when he did not. Why should CIC give him another chance? you are suggesting that everyone could put in fake documents and then work like crazying during the waiting period to have real ones hoping at the last minute they can pull them out during an interview and CIC will accept them! I don´t think so. He would have been better off to tell the truth first rather than being found out. At least there would have been some glimmer of honesty. He went to the interview hoping to maintain the lie and he was caught.

To give him a second chance would be a total insult to all the genuine applicants that work so hard to have appropriate education, documents, money etc. Maybe they should be the ones to decide if Abbas should be forgiven.

Personally, I´d say he blew it.

Thanks Sharon, I miss the point. I though he has a degree and CIC didn´t believe him.
NOW, he would be lucky, They didn´t arrest you and charge fraudulent DOCs

Abbas:

Now what you did was a very stupid thing. Did no one advise you against that?

I doubt even after two years your case will be accepted as you´d look really bad with this kind of record on you.

No one here can help you here. You may want to consult a lawyer and tell him the truth on everything. Maybe they may advise you.

I have a great opinion of pakistan. But you have spoiled the name of that country and i hope CIC blacklists you and never considers you for immigration in future. And by the way, i wanna kick your a$$ for doing this fraud.
