| Subject: how long for AOR? |
I am very new to this forum and got lots of help from all you peoples here, thank you very much.
CIC in buffalo received my application on 11, July. I wonder how many days normally I can get the AOR from them.

in my case in Jan 2004, I got AOR after 1 month.

Where are you at in the process Joe05?
I´m a Jan 04 applicant at Buffalo. I have completed all formalities in Jan 05 and wait to hear from CIC.

wang it normally takes a months time for CIC to send out AOR. But its not uncommon at all of CIC sending AOR´s 4 months after they receive application also like it happened to me CIC received my application in october of 2004 and i got AOR in february of 2005 so 4 full months and some have gotten aor in 2 or 3 months so it might take anywhere from 1 month to 4 months depends on CIC and its unpredictable

I think i need wait maybe another two to three weeks. Since I bought money order from USPS, they ask for some money in order to check that the money order is cashed out or not.
