Subject: My melancholy
I have never been happy for a single day for the last four years.I left my three children and my beloved wife to save my life.I asked assylum in Canada in 2001 and accepted as a convention refugee in the begginig of 2004. I applied immediatly for my permanent residence which I haven´t recieved yet. This brought three problems to me:
1.I am a medical doctor who successfully passed the medical council of Canada exams in 2002. I could´t apply for the Canadian resident matching and the provincial licencing bodies other than Ontario becuse of landed status.Even in ontario I can´t apply for clerckship.
2.I passed all the US medical exams and got many ECFMG certificate and contrcts to do my residency unfortunately,Canadian Ministry of health did not allow me to give me the statement of need letter to get J1 visa and after residency to return back to Canada and serve the rural communities. This is because canadian minstry of health only gives statement of need letter to those who are citizen orlanded immigrants.
3.I can no longer maintain my marriage and my children are very much frustrated.

I wrote a letter to the immigration office and a year ago at one point they wrote me a letter which states about their acceptance in principle. After that I called them several times and I have not get any answer.I am really depressed.I can´t return back to my country and I can´t even be employed proffesionally in Canada or I can´t Work in US because to get a work Visa either I have to ask my country or I have to get it from Canada. What shall I do?

Your language still seems to suffer. What eactly are you saying in this little phrase: "Please read many ECFMG as my ECFMG"? Your problem is obviously beyond most folks´ comprehension. There is nothing anybody could say except good luck when it comes to these professions that require license to practice. I suggest that you learn computer stuff and start a small scale business and name it PC Brokers Inc. PCs are in every household these days so you should get plenty of work. Regarding your family, all that can be said is: Se la Vie! Good luck anyways.
