Subject: Civil Status Documents
  Dear Concerned
I will appreciate if some one gives the satisfactory answer.
I am planning to file my case for Immigration as Skilled Worker from Pakistan .
I am meeting the Points Criteria as My real sister is in canada .
I am confused at some points it someone can guide me ?

1)My Date of Birth at Birth Certificate is 1 day less than the one mentioned at my Passport and National Identity Card / Academic Documents etc..what should I do

2) My Father´s name in my BirthCertificate has also variation in terms of the middle name...one middle name is missing.. but in my whole academic documents every thing is correct .The only problem is the Birth Certificate .Plzz guide ?

3)My Place of Birth at Passport is changed as compared with the one in BirthCertificate ..(City has been changed mistakenly)

The most important point is My sister (Canadian Immigrant and Living there) while completing her application also submitted our birth Certificates as a part of completion of Application Forms ..so if I correct the date of Birth or Reproduce the BirthCertificate from concerned authorities then the data will missmatch...

4)Regarding Police certificates As I am filing my standalone case so whether I have to submit the police certificates for all of my family members who are not even accompanying me in Canada .As my one sister is in canada and another also lives with her laws in different city so whats to do in this case..

5) If I am applying as individual ..Is it requires medical examination for my all family members whether accompanying me in canada or not

Thanking you in Advance
Atif

Hi...Isn´t it that passport information are all taken from the Birthday Certificate? Is your passport just newly issued. I guess you have to notify the authority that issued your passport to correct it. Otherwise, these discrepancies can give you problem in the future.
