The living cost in most of NB is fairly low compared to Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton and other big cities. The weather depends on where you are within the province of NB. And as for labour market, there is more demand for certain occupations e.g. if you have a career in the manufacturing sector then NB is good. If you´re looking for a career in computer hardware design ...then you should be looking elsewhere.
