Hi everyone, Plz Help!
I am been in Canada as a student and temporary worker for total almost 6 years. Currently I am in a common-law relationship with my boyfriend, who is canadian, and we are planning to apply common-law sponsorship immigration.
I am confused with which location should we apply and if all possible, which one is better off for the case.
In-canada (Alberta case processing centre, using in-canada sponser kit)
VS. Buffalo (mississauga for sponsorship then transfer to buffalo) VS. My national country (after mississauga approval)???
If I apply from my national country (which has a faster processing time), then do I need to go back just for this application or I can still stay in cananda continuing working?
