Subject: best lawyer?
  Hello everyone,
i´m planning to get married in Canada, applye for PR. My case is a little bit complicated since i overstayed my visa, and anyone could suggest a good lawyer in Toronto who will not only take the money.

How does it work, when i live in Toronto and i hire a lawyer from Montreal(i´ve read that canadavisa.com is good)? I wouldn´t trust someone dealing with my papers through the phone or internet.

I would really appreciate the replys.

Campbell Cohen (http://www.canadavisa.com/) is good but I do not agree that he is expensive. Actually he had the lowest price that I could find.

I Strongly recommend Canadavisa.com and its senior partner David Cohen from Montreal.
He´s real good at his work.
First Hand Experience.
Go for it, dont think if you need the best.

To Sarah (in reply to: best lawyer?)
Why do you need to see him ?? I live in the US, hired the services of David Cohen (canadavisa.com) and got my PR in about 1 year.. I have the nicest things to say about them..

You can send documents via mail and stay in touch via e-mail..I am not sure why you need to meet them in person.. I never did...
