Hi all.
Im planning to apply in Dec.
I have friends in Canada and they invited me to visit them .
Is it possible to visit Canada as a visiter for 2 weeks ?
Is it possible to get this kind of visa?
Dose this effect my application ???????????

Hi! In your case, visit visa will not affect your immigrant visa coz u r going to apply in Dec this year....
your friend´s financial condition and your financial condition should be sound in order to get visit visa... this is my opinion, it is better to consult with lawyer...

You don?t need a lawyer though , this is very simple. Just get your visitor?s visa application , summit ALL the documentation requeried in it. At the end you have to prove to the consular officer that you are not going to stay illegaly in Canada and you have enough "ties" to your country of residence.
BUT be aware...that if you go to Canada and you stay over 6 months , you are going to be asked to provide a RCMP record , during your application for PR.
