| Subject: help needed please-how to get FBI check in U.S. |
hi friends,
I was asked to get my fingerprinted. But the local police office ask me to provide fingerprint form. Where could I get this form? I will appreciate your kind help.

If they want to ..they can fax or send a mail to u.

Easiest way is to go to some mailbox etc. location ( now UPS store) and get things done there and then port it by mail.
