Hello Latinamerican Community of Vancouver . If you want to immigrate and you are looking for an immigration Counselor, Please do not let a peruvian guy whose lastname is Sattler to be your counselor.
He says that he works for Immigration and he promises you get into the country if you put your case in his hands.
His modum operandum is next:
First of all he will try to use intimidation telling you false stories about how immigration authorities are denying people from your country into Canada. And of course what he wants is make you feel insecure and pay for his services as a counselor because he knows how to get you into the country.
It is terrible how this guy is trying to bring the typical latinamerican way of corruption into this country.
It hasn´t been just my case, I have a group of friends who have got the same experience with this person.
I hope this information can be useful and save you some money. If you want to use a lawyer, try to find one with ethical principles.

I´m a Permanent Resident from Southamerica and I have to say that what I´ve read is true, but fortunately I never used his services because I knew right off the bat his intentions . If you are gay and you want to have help from gay people you can go to the gay community center
LEGIT is very professional and they arevery nice people willing to help you without expecting economical reward.
People there work as volunteers and they tend to know a lot about immigration process.
