| Subject: Two applications in different offices |

I appplyeed in Buffalo in 2003 and now I live in Germany.
My family and proffesional status were change but I did not have time to submit all documents how they requested and my case is closed according their letter. Presently I wish to apply again but this time in Berlin.
Do I must put in application information about previous applying or I can just say NO? Do they check by names if person was applying before in any contries?

Yes 100% they check. they also check if you were denied visa for Canada before. There is noreason to lie just tell the truth in every point
