hey guys If you ask me I think canada is the best country to move to simply because it is the safest and economicaly sound and growing country in the planet.I mean come to think of it, canada has hardly any enemies but freinds everywhere. It surely is a great country to have family and to establish business. Who needs the glory of united states when you can have peace and prosperity in canada.

canadian are selfish and bit greedy!! In my country there is canadian company called NICO (energy company) and it did a lot of damage to the people where its project running but gave hardly any comensation for damage.
Lets talk about the canadian PR or citizen.
After struggling a lot with CIC office, people obtain their PR and they dont have any tendency to dispute against any wrong thing (they become energyless!!) People struggle a lot to get suitable job so, they have no time to think who is their enemy or friend.
If someone fails to settle properly in canada then they move to US for earning good money and they just get fed up with peace. Ultimately money is the second GOD and US has that and it will have in future also.
Rather canda is protected by US both politically and economically.

In my country there is canadian company called NICO (energy company) and it did a lot of damage to the people where its project running but gave hardly any comensation for damage. Moreover they managed to get this project by giving bribes to high govt. official of Bangladesh. So how can I say canadians are angles and corruptless?

Territorial perspective:
Futhermore geographically its location is very very convenient and having very low population but high mineral resources reserve makes it a peaceful contry for next thousands years. Another things one should remember they are not aggressive but friendly and not proactive like US people. So ultimately the nation is entirely busy with himself and hardly contribute for the benefit of mankind and they choose some specific benefit areas where small minority group can be involved. As for example they declared to have fast PR process for Tsunamis affected areas. Its the samllest contributions i think. Tsunami highly affected Srilankan and perhaps lass than one thousand people might be benifitted under that scheme. So eventually they like to contribute where only small number of people can gain some benefit. As a result they dont create any scope technically to have a dispute with larger communities, hence u can say that they will less likely to have enemy in the world.
Can u give me an example canada has a child prodigy?

Canada was the founder of the Peace Corp with the UN. It is one of the leading countries of the G8 in world relief.
No, we do not throw money around because we are 1/10 the economic size of the US so the numbers are smaller but what we do give... we make sure it does something. We do not play food for oil games.

"The glory of the United States"??? Can you tell me what glory there is in having the vast majority of the world loathe you, in cheating every world organization possible, in bullying your way through history? Where is the glory in giving aid to Africa, for example, AS LONG AS the money is used to further your own religious crusade, rather than to much-needed health education? Where is the glory in forcing other countries to hold democratic elections, and then cheat your way--twice--through your own, disregarding the voice of your own people? Where is the glory in denying health care for the less than fortunate? Where is the glory in allowing public schools to fall apart, and then using taxpayer money to fund private (read: religious; read: Christian) schools? Where is the glory in leading illegal and immoral wars? If this is "glory", you bet it´s not for me.

Canada is one of the most liberal and helpful countries in the world. I don´t know why people think about these things. Probably HS, you must be frustrated with something that why you are talking like that (I mean no offense).
What do you mean, if you get PR they must have a job ready for you? If that´s the case, everybody will apply for Canadian PR. When an outside company does some kind of business in other countries, they watch their every single step. Why don´t you make it an international issue with the help of diplomats in your country? Don´t talk and give wrong message HS, you probably, are frustrated with something, try to fix it up instead of giving wrong messages.
Cannot doesn´t help other nations? Do you know how much they gave for Tsunami, how much they are giving for African countries for health, you know how they protect their citizens, esp. in other countries. People apply for PR just to run away from the poverty in their country and think that the place where they are moving is, heaven, Canada is just another country but it has better human values. Hope I am not personally affecting you.

Go to watch a music video "Wake me up when Sep ended", by Green Day!!!! I cried first time I saw that video on TV!
Compare with people like my age in the U.S, so many college age studnets can´t afford tuition fee, have to send to Iraq!!!! they were god damn killed!! Those young people were killed in Iraq are nomral people like us, just wanna have better life, they have girlfriend, wife, kids!
Yep, Canada is the safest country, on morning, if I go outside, I don´t really lock my door, neither my car.
I met 15, 16 years old chicks last week in Avril Lavigne´s concert, I offered them ride home, nobody feel scare or something. That´s the basic trust of each other.

talking about a safe community, here is some food for thought...
28 people have been killed with guns in Toronto this year, compared with 27 murdered with firearms in all of last year. 37 people were struck by bullets in Toronto since late June. Of those, 13 have died. Last week alone, 2 died and 7 were injured in a hail of gunfire that also seriously wounded a four-year-old boy after he was shot in front of his home.
