Hi everyone,
I ve sent an email to the CIC London about 2 weeks ago, and I got the bellow answer today....
Has anyone got such an email?
If yes, did u get anything within those 6-8 weeks?
"Please be advised that unfortunately routine background checks are ongoing.
We expect that these will be completed within the next 6 -8 weeks. We will
contact you as soon as we are in a position to proceed with your application."

how can you email CIC? I guess Buffalo has different feature on that.They never phone or email people.
6--8 weeks background check, still kind of fast

hi i too had send an email at the above link.....
got the reply " Please be advised that your file is still under review. We will contact you as soon as we are in a position to proceed with your application."
not a specific answer.....i am waiting for my medicals.....can u share ur timeline?
