I have already applied for independent canada immigration IN SKILLED CATEGORY,my query is that my wife she is a nurse and i have alrady applied for her registration in canada,so once she is through and eligible for registration she can come to canada on interim permit,so in a way we have applied in two way.1)me as a independent canidate and 2)my wife for work visa (interim permit)is it ok? if yes how it is going to help me out,please advice.

Right, your better option is to apply as a skilled worker and having your wife on the application as she will bring point for you as well.

nurses and skilled workers (in reply to: immigration information)
We are desperately short of nurses in Canada. Do not be nervous... just answer all the questions in the documents as accurately as you can. It is not difficult - just very detailed. It is only difficult if you do not want to be truthful. I am sure everything will be good and we will be happy to welcome you and your wife to Canada.
