Hola me daria un gusto tremendo que un mexicano que ya haya immigrado a Canada pueda ayudarme con esto.
Entiendo que para mexico uno debe esperar a que la embajada pida las cartas de no antecedentes penales (police clearances), pero quiero estar preparado.
Yo vivi en USA por varios a?os, y ahora mi esposa canadiense me va a "arreglar papeles" y se que me van a pedir el police clearance de USA.
Donde y como se obtiene el fingerprint card (huellas digitales) en mexico para enviarlo al FBI para procesar el police clearance?

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. For Mexico, we do not need to send the police clearances along with the application since they ask for them later on while it is in process at the embassy. I lived in the USA a number of years. My canadian wife will soon sponsor me to immigrate to canada, and i want to be ready to process my FBI police clearance.
Does anyone know where and how to get the fingerprints done in Mexico to then send them to FBI for further processing?

Go to web and search for FBI Criminal Justice department. it is on Custor Hollow Road, Clarksburg, West Virginia ( I lived there sometime ago!). And ask for finger print cards first. Once you get those cards, have your fingers printed by Mexican Police (aren´t they fully corrupt? Often, one wonders if there is any difference between cops and crooks in Mexico; a nasty country I know I lived there too). Anyways, send the prints to Clarksburg and tell them all addresses where you lived in the US and between what dates to make their search easier... They need at least two months from the day they receive your fingerprints.

Yo no soy Mexicano , pero creo que en la pagina del FBI estan todas las instrucciones para solicitar tu record policial.
Si tienes algun conocido en US , puedes utilizar la direccion de el para recibirlo por correo , es mas barato y menos posibilidades que se pierda en el correo.
No le prestes atencion a "Ano" , es un tipo que lo unico que anda haciendo es ofendiendo gente decente.
Nunca falta un borracho en un entierro haha
