Hi All,
Today (12.8.2005) we received our passports back. We sent our original passports for PR visa stamping to CIC Buffalo on July 11, 2005. They received on July 15, 2005. E-client status is still "In Process".
Once again our Timeline:
Applied : May, 2004 to CIC Buffalo, In Canada applicants with work permit visa, SW, Indian citizen.
AOR: June 23, 2004
IA: Feb. 11, 2005
Medical: March 18, 2005
PCC from India, Germany for me and PCC from India, UAE and St. Marteen for my husband, Bank statement and RPRF sent : March, 2005
FBI report from USA for me: May, 2005
Ottawa sent medical reports to CIC Buffalo: May 20, 2005
E-Client status changed to medical results have been received: June 27, 2005
Passport request letter: July 7, 2005

Hi App04,
CIC Buffalo used that envelope only, what we already provided (prepaid, self addressed, canada express post). Visa stamped on August 9, 2005 (date of issue) and it´s valid till March 18, 2006.
Wish you have good luck. I think you also will get your visa in this month only.

You have explained everything, thats amazing.
My timeline is almost like yours (well 2 months behind in all the steps you have there)
Do you think there is always difference in the timelines, for Family class and individual applicants?
I think the process for you was faster because you applied under family class?

Hi Mountains,
I didn´t apply under family class. It was individual Skill Worker application. I applied for Skill Worker immigration to CIC Buffalo. So the immigrant papers, what I received now, it mentioned there as a priciple applicant my name and as a accompanying spouse my husband´s name. I am mot sure about it, whether it makes any difference if you are single or if any priciple applicant has spouse and kids who will accompany with principle applicant after getting PR. Anyway, I have mentioned above my timeline and I hope it will help to other In Canada SW applicants.

i am in a same boat, sent the passports to Buffalo office on July 22 2010 - they received it on july 23 2010 - leaving in USA - i dont know how much time it will take ?
