Can anyone advise if the Caips notes obtained from "caipsnotes.com" is a one time subscription, where you get an account and check online when you need, or do you have to request the caips file every time you feel you need detail at the different phases?

you have to apply for caips notes and pay everytime you need to see some details at different phases...
