Hi everyboday,
I would like sponsor my parents to immigrant canada, but my income is 18000/year. My husband does not work in canada. I have one 11 year old child. Am I legal to be a sponsor? If not, is my brother legal to be a co-sponsor? He is working in USA and got a good pay.
Please give me some suggestion.
Larry

(in reply to: how to sponsor my parents to immigrant canada?) I think your brother would need to be living in Canada to qualify as a co-sponsor.

(in reply to: how to sponsor my parents to immigrant canada?) no, if you don´t have enough income yourself, only your husband can co-sign for you. Your brother or any other relative can not do it.
