Hello Folks:
I am really surprised that aparently CIC has not send IA for about two months ( According to yogi )meanwhile the are sending AOR right away.How does this really work???
has anyone gotten IA recently ? Please if you do post your timeline. By the way mi timeline is
APP Oct 04
AOR Feb 05
IA ( who knows when hopefully this month )

you have to mention the office that you applied in .and see the time frame for people that applied because every office time frame differs

there are 225,000 PR applications approved every year. That means in theory 18,750 IA are issued every month. I am sure July and August are a little slower because of student and visitor applications but friend... those IA have to happen sometime to meet the targets.
Yogi has how many threads on it? Definitely not 225,000 new ones each year. How many posters to Yogi think it is a great idea when they first see it and then abandon their thread to show blank for years. Don´t put so much faith in Yogi.
It is a beautiful day where I am. Go for a walk, go sit in a cafe and watch the world go by, go watch the grass grow. Your IA will happen. They always do.

karajito tell me about it CIC sucks big time i have exact same timelien as yours and nothing in my mailbox these people are lousy and in effective they dont keep up on their own word when they told me in my aor that they are going to send IA in 36 weeks rime since they recieved my application its been over 40 weeks

my time line is similar:
app - oct ´04
app started processing - jan ´05
aor - feb ´05
i still say that the IA is 7-9 months after aor on average so i´m guessing middle of september. hopefully it will be some good news.

The test is easy I got 7 overall. The listening part is tricky and you have to concentrate alot but other than that is a piece of cake. But excuse me IELTS IS not the topic of thos tread, Can you comment especifically on IA´s? thanks
