is it related to the degree and the need of it in canada ...
or its just first in first out system??

at least you cannot say CIC does not treat people equally. They are processed in order of arrival. how long they take depends on how clear our applicatons are.

Luck comes into play only where things are not under our control. While it is a major factor here as far as processing times are concerned, there are a few things we can take care of from our end.
1) Make sure you have 67 points
2) Make sure you have proof of every single point you claim
(Experience letters, Education certificates, IELTS,
Police clearances,
marrigae cert, DoB certs, Proof of funds, and all other
info you provide must be supported by proof)
3) Do not leave anything for CIC to ask later(Except
medical)
3) your app is clearly legible with no required info missing
