I applied for PR under skilled worker class in buffalo in Oct - 04 and received AOR in Feb - 05. AOR mentioned that they were working for applications they received before 36 weeks.
Could they have counted 36 weeks from the date of receipt of application or the date of issuance of AOR?
In either case when can we expect to recieve IA?

I used to think it´s the date of accept, however, 36weeks=9month, it seems longer than that.

hi you are another one of those OCT 04 without IA , well I though it was 36 weeks from received but it looks is gonna be 36 weeks from AOR date plus may be 2 weeks for mailing, My guesstimate is IA for OCT 04 applicants will come mid November or early December way to go.....
