Send a copy of your parents birth certificate and the birth certificate of your uncle/aunt. Your parent and your uncle/aunt should have same parents(one or both does not matter)

I hope you get the point.

If your other family members came to Canada as PR applicants they would have include their family members on the application including brothers and sisters. As you are the nephew/niece of one of those sisters or brothers your parents name would be on the file. Immigration keeps pertinent information from files for a long time in some cases over 100 yrs.

You can use your parents, aunts and uncles birth certificate as proof. Birth Certificates contain the names of the parents and will also state the parents age when the child was born.

You can also get letters from prominent people in your community to verify that they are aware that you are related to the family members as claimed.

I hope this helps.

First of all Thank you all for your response. I would like to discuss situation here.

A.........Brothers...........B
| |
a b
| |
a1 b1

Lets say, here "a" have got immigration through any independent category, CIC would have just his father information who was "A", same thing "b" have got immigtaion through any independent category, So at this point there is no proof "A" and "B" are brothers.
If "a1" is citizen and "b1" want to apply for SW how he gonna proof his relation with "a1", how he gonna proof "A" and "B" were brothers, thru birth certificates?
Its just easy example it could be more complecated scenario, so my question is how you gonna proof your relation?

Certain part of the world, still most people for that generation don´t keep birth certificate or some times they even don´t have it. Is it easy for you to provide your g/father or g/mother birth certificate?
if yes then how you gonna provide your g/father brother birth certificate?
Its very easy to say, "that is all you need to do"
but, in reality its hard to proof the documents.

If all else fails and there is no documentation, you will need to do DNA testing. This is very costly, the test would have to be between you parent and his/her siblings in Canada.

It´s birth certificate, baptismal records or DNA test.
