(in reply to: how soon) Right away if you want , I wouldn?t recommend it though.
I don?t know the reason of your refusal , if it was for past problems with the law , you may not be able to re-apply , or let me say it like this , you MAY but CIC will denied it again.
If it was because you didn?t summit enough info to show "Ties" to your home country , you should take a few months to "cure" that.
What was the reason of your refusal though?

(in reply to: how soon) Thanks for your reply.
I amjust anticipating. Actually no past or current problems with the law. I was going to apply for a visa from Us and if refused i was wondering if i can try from my country of origin right away.
BTW, Do you have any information on transit visa to Canada?I read somewhere that you can get a 48hrs Transit visa.

(in reply to: how soon) what i know is that its very hard to issue a visa from a country that you are not a resident in .. so if you are not a legal resident in the states , so thats the main reason that you got refused
so try in the country of origin you will definitly get it ..
good luck
