any advice that you can share with me on how to make time go by fast, would be great.
I am sending the application soon and won´t go to see him until december, my husband is from Mexico and I miss him so much.

I agree with the last person, go visit him in Mexico. This summer and in previous summers, I have seen a few Mexicans who have driven up to Toronto to visit. Better yet, get yourself a one week all inclusive vacation to Puerto Vallarta and have him stay with you in the resort. If you dont find any of those options appealing, then find yourself a substitute until he arrives.

Hi Nira....if visiting him in Mexico is not an option, just keep the commnication alive just like karajito said. Phone calls, emails, yahoo messenger. You can even see each other via webcam through your yahoo messenger. You can even talk through a mic while you see each other via webcam. With technologies nowadays, you have a lot of options. However, these are just substitutes. No amount of technology can replace physical presence. Try to get yourself busy. Work..work...work....communicate everyday. Most of all...pray everyday...pray for each other that you will be guided to overcome this loneliness. Before you know it, this will be over and you will be together. I wish we can console you more. Goodluck.

Hi Joe

I want to thank you for what you wrote. I will work , work and work and keep busy. I miss my husband so much, but to get the good things in life you have to wait.

I appreciate what you said, and I will communicate with him most days.............as many as i can.
I am going to Mexico in the middle of nov so that is at least a plus.

one quick question.............. my husband calls me for a minute using a normal phone so it shows on monthly bills, but i call back using a phone card because it is cheaper, should i send the phone cards along with the phone bills just for extra proof.
any advice would be great
thanks

Nira... you are not alone. I am trying to be with my guy for almost 2 years. Going to see him was not a cheap joke. It is a reasonable suggestion. Obviously, if he is not allowed to come to Canada then if possible you go there. That is what I am doing.

another way to help feel close... contribute here on the forum to help others. It helps me not to think only about myself and our problems. I have met some wonderful people, hopefully helped a few, and have felt that my waiting has not been for nothing.

at least you have something to look forward to in November when you visit him.

I am really not an expert in spousal sponsor.... but I don´t know if the phone cards can be acceptable because they don´t have the phone numbers of people you call but I won´t throw them away just in case. In the phone bills make sure you highlight the important numbers. Print your exchange of emails.

Goodluck to you.
