Hey this forum is so helpful to many people.Here is the situation-this guy is getting ready to send his app. to buffalo(skilled worker).In the course of the 2+ year wait he plans to go to his home country, marry his sweetheart then include her in his application.His wife will continue working on her job in their home country because even if she moves back to the states with her husband she wont be able to work(H4 visa)So the question is this:
1.Is it ok to include his spouse in his appl. though she will be residing in a diff. country?
2. What about the medicals?
3.what about the pp request(he plans to carry along his wife´s pp when he comes back to the US)
Your input-sharon and everybody else will be greatly appreciated.

Hi there...my thoughts here....
1. It is okay to include the wife even she´s not with him. I am just not so sure if this can trigger questions from CIC reagrding authenticity of relationship.
2. I believe medicals should be done by the same doctor...I don;t know if there are exceptions
3. I don´t think it is a good idea to bring along someone else´s passport...

Regarding Q2:
YOur family members can do medicals by different doctors. We have the same situation, no problem.
