It´s been quite an experience to go through this immigration process myself and for my wife. Words can´t describe how happy I am. I wanted to thank ´Less Worried Husband´ and all the rest who have been very helpful.
For those of you who are waiting for joining your loved ones, keep your hopes high and doubts in check. Focus on all the good things you´ll do together It will happen, it may just take some time.

I am very happy that finally your wife has landed. I was looking for your postings to hear the good news.
My wife has been in Canada for 7 months, less the 2 months that she had to go back to China to write some university exams. She is learning French and improving her English at the university. So everything is fine.
I am curious. Are you a Canadian from Chinese descent?
