| Subject: Post ADR processing time and procedure |

Hi everyone
I won my ADR for my husband´s immigration application on July 21st and on July 27th I got a letter from IAD confirming that they are sending the file to New Delhi, India for further processing.
Any idea how long it will take from now on?? Do I need to talk to CHC delhi about anything.
Please advice. I am really getting impatient now.

ADR is an appeal hearing for Immigration Appeals
