Canaian embassy used to have 1 900 number to talk to the immigration consultant? is there any number? secondly, can I take an appointment in NYC offcie to discuss my pending case? i am just waitin for my BG check? Everythig else has been done. If there is any way please let me know??? I was thinkin to go to NY in-person to persuit my case. is it a good idea?? share your thoughts thanks KK

Sir,
I have also a BG check class at New Delhi Visa office, after selection interview, CHC asked to verfy BG, Still no medical recieived, at the time interview they asked you get the medical within one week but more than one and half month over, no medical, how long it takes for BG check 6 year for interview 6 months for BG check 6 month for medical, 6 months for visa, very difficult to wait, Please share your view what they verify, and how long it take, everything PCC provided at the time of interview, originial documents provided, NO IDEA what is pending now.

Dear Rose we are in the same boat i applied in SW category in 2001. Passed my selection criteria in oct 2003. Gave them RPRF,FBI FP forms,passed my medicals in jan 2005.infact my 2nd medicals.first were expired in nov 2004. I have same answers for my several queries and that is "BG check is going on". I don not know how long this freekin´ BG check takes? I applied from NYC.It might be different there in Dehli. Anyways, dont lose your hopes ang hang in there. Best of Luck.KK
