| Subject: Can I wait for PP in China? |

Hi,Please help!
As a skilled worker applicant in USA, I have sent my medical on May,2005.
Can I go back to China and have my friend in USA wait for
PP request?
Could I send my passport from China to my friend in USA to have it stamped in Buffalo if my friend receive the PP request?

Yes it is possible. But please make sure that it is ok to mail your passport from China to US and back.
You will have to give an authorization letter to your friend to get the visa for you (if s/he is going in person to Buffalo.) If you are mailing the passport then there is nothing to worry about.
