from Comex to Victoria, about 4hours depend on road situation.
To Vancouver, because of ferry, you have to spend first 2 hour drive from Comex to Nanaimo, and another 1 hour 45 min on ferry from Nanaimo to Horseshoe bay.
Ferry has limited schedule, it can pull long your travel time.
I will say more than 5 hour travel from Comex to Vancouver.
you can fly from Comex to Vancouver, i bet no more than 30 min

ferry, passenger only 10.05
with small vehicles (SUV, passenger vehicles)= 30 plus each passneger fare.
Flight, 55 dollars+GST per trip
