| Subject: Can I postpone sending IELTS results? |

I received a letter from CIC Buffalo today (8/19) to submit my IELTS results in 120 days. Based on the availability in San Francisco IELTS test center, I can appear earliest on 12/10. This means that I would be getting my results by end of December. By the time, I send my results it would be around 140 days from the date of the letter. Can I seek an extension from CIC Buffalo in this regard?

No problem. Just inform CIC that the earliest date you could get for IELTS is Dec 10 and that you will forward the results to them as soon as you get them.

how do i inform the cic buffalo for the extension? fax or email? Please help if any one know this thing. If I send a fax to (716) 852-4340 ,will that be enough? I got this fax number from the buffalo website.
