Hi, congratulations on your succesful interview. Thank you for sharing your experience. I have some more questions, if you won´t mind.
1. You mentioned that you are an IT in the US....are you citizen here or H1B?
2. Are you currently in an IT job?
3. Do you think it would matter if your experience for years have been in IT but your current job is not IT?
4. Do you have a spouse/partner? What are the sort of questions that were asked to her/him?
5. You mentioned about the child care...did the officer actually asked you where did you leave your child?
I will really appreciate your answers cause these areas concern me. Thanks a lot.

I AM IN THE US ON AN L1 VISA

YES

I CANNOT COMMENT ON THIS BECAUSE IN MY CASE, MY EXPERIENCE AND CURRENT JOB ARE IN IT. I THINK IT WILL DEPEND ON INDIVIDUAL CASES. IF YOU HAVE SUCH AMBIGUITIES, I WOULD SUGEGST THAT YOU BE VERY CLEAR ON WHICH SKILL YOU ARE CLAIMING POINTS. IF YOU COULD PROVIDE MORE DETAILS, I AM SURE SEVERAL PARTICIPANTS ON THIS FORUM WILL BE ABLE TO ADVICE YOU ON THE APPROACH YOU HAVE TO TAKE.

IN MY CASE, THERE WERE NO QUESTIONS ASKED TO MY SPOUSE.
