I sent a fax to CHC New delhi to enquire about my spouse sponsorship case. How long does it take for them to respond?
Is it OK to send an email at the same time?

Its been 2 weeks since I sent a fax to enquire about my spouse´s visa status to CHC New Delhi, but invain. Haven´t heard anything so far. Still waiting for the acknowledgment letter!

They might never respond. If there is nothing happening with the case....they will not respond. Every fax sent takes time away from processing...the more you ask about your case the longer it will take.
Just be patient

I think Rizi yours and mine stories are the same. When was your spouse´s file transfered from CPC-Mississuaga?

Just that each time you call or fax or email, it takes them time to look at that and that takes their time away from processing....I dont think it will affect it too much but just be patient now and see if they respond.
