Good News !!!
Looks like the website of the RPC at Buffalo is showing incorrent information... A couple of my friends who appled in December 2003 have been requested for Medical exams...
Their website shows information as updated of 20 July 2003, which says that they are processing applications of October 2003. But looks like they are already way way ahead and currently processing December 2003. Also many of you who nay have submitted the application after May 2004 may have received the file no. letter...
I hope my guess is true...

I absolutely agree that Buffalo is now processing Dec 2003 applications though their website still indicates Oct 2003.
