Hi,
I received intimation to provide medical reports and PCC from India and US.My wife just left US to India two weeks back and will not be able to come back till the end of October which is close to the due date to submitt all my documents. Which agency should she approach in India to have her fingerprints taken which will be accepted by the FBI to issue her PCC.Or is there any alternative?

I am in a similar situation. Is there any agency in India that would take finger prints as per FBI requirements?
