Hi guys,
CIC had started working on my application in July 2004. I have yet to get any further information regarding an interview, medicals, etc. Is it unusually late or is everyone else on the same timeline?

Yes, it is unusual and late. Some people with July 2004 AOR have even got their PPR by now.
