Does anyone know who may have (unfortunately) been refused a visa under family-spouse sponsorship...when the e-client says "decision made" and under sponsor?s name it says that they will contact THE PERSON BEING SPONSORED, while under the name of the person being sponsored says that THEY will be contacted...can this be an indication about the outcome of the decision? I know that in the case of refusal both partners are contacted, but would it actually say in e-client under sponsor?s name that both the sponsor and the person being sponsored will be contacted?

They contact the person being sponsored when it is GOOD news....I dont know about bad news....My wife got a letter telling her she was being granted the visa but I never got any letter.

They send both the sponsor and the person sponsored a letter when there is a refusal.
I know it´s hard, but do whatever you can to just relax and wait to see what the outcome is. If it´s been a pretty smooth sail throughout the process, everything will be fine. Don´t try to read anything into the messages from CIC as you will go nuts.

I am in the same situation now. What was the dcision with yours? My e-cas says A decision has been made you will be contacted.Medical results received.
I have not received a passport request. Is this good or bad? Thanks in advance

hi robert i just read your message i know for sure your application is totally ok now.What you ask is my situation now im kinda worried because they made decision on my permanent residence application under spousal sponsorship last november 13, 2013 but still the immigration never call me or emai. I have not even recieve a passport request.I dont know if my permanent residence is denied or not.Please any one have idea please share with me. Thank you
