TO EVERYBODY IN THE FORUM. WHEN I INFORMED U GUYS ABOUT RETURN OF PASSPORT BY CANADA HIGH COMMISSION, U GUYS WERE CALLING IT AS RUMORS AND NAMES SUCH AS COWARD ETC. ETC.. AND MANY OTHER NASTY THINGS WERE SAID.
THE WAY U GUYS PANICED I THINK IT IS USELESS TO GIVE SUGGESTIONS OR SHARE THE EXPERIENCE IN THE FORUM.
AND BELIEVE ME I WAS THE FIRST GUY TO INFORM YOU ABOUT RETURN OF PASSPORT BY CANADA HIGH COMMISSION WITHOUT STAMPING VISA.
BETTER BEHAVE GUYS OR PEOPLE WILL HESITATE TO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCE IN THE FORUM.
I THINK U SHOULD RESPECT THE DECISION OF PEOPLE WHO WANT TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS.

If people choose to not post their experiences then it is their loss. They will not get the help they are looking for.
I said, as well as others, that the QUOTA for Spousal sponsorship did not exist. People never doubted YOU got a passport returned but it was the whole QUOTA being filled that caused the problem. One isolated cases was taken and the story exploded into a mess. Sure quotoas exist and I dont think anyone called anyone a coward but if they did, oh well. Sticks and stones......does someone on this forum, who you will never meet, calling you a coward change the way you live...will it affect you waking up tomorrw morning?
I think what they said was the using the nickname ANONYMOUS is not the best thing to do since it is hard to contact you since there are numerous people named ANONYMOUS. Pick a nickname that is original and people will be able to leave posts addressed to you. You dont need your name. Use something funny or cute.
If you choose not to post anymore, OH WELL....no great loss to us but perhaps to you. Most people here are a great help. We have experience and want to make the process easy for newcomers.
I am sure people are sorry if they hurt your feelings.
Lesson learned.......when you post an experience.....add as many details to it so that it does not explode like this Quota filled story.

I would like to apoligize if something written by me hurt you Anonymous. This forum is a great help for everyone and we would appreciate if you continue to share your experiences. Trust me, noone called you coward or something like that. It must be a misunderstanding.
Consider my case, people wrote a hell of bad things about me too that I was trying to spread the rumor and blah blah blah... but, I didn´t stop contributing my experience to the forum.
I apologize on behalf of everyone whose comments made you feel offended. Cheers NOW!

ps: Trust me, I checked with the immigration consultancy and confirmed that there is no quota for spousal sponsorships however, there is a quota for skilled worker category.

we still do not know if the filled quota is for ALL skilled worker applications in ALL embassies. Until we have that fact verified by CIC in a formal way, I will assume it will depend on embassy and the status of each file.
At least CIC had the courtesy to advise the poster that they had full PR approval and gave them an approximate time for issuance. Medicals were the date given. Sure, they have to wait a few months longer but I do not see the tragedy here.
For sure... this is no reason to run off into the streets lighting our hair on fire.
Anonymous...that was and still is my biggest objection. Blanket statements, rash conclusions and really bad advice (give up- quota is full).
