Hi friends,
My friend was denied of PR visa after waiting for a long wait last Feb, the reason for denial was the lack of proof of english.."the Visa Officer ask my friend to provide IELTS result" and file an appeal for the case...but the Visa officer state that, submitting IELTS wont assure him the PR.
but he had self pitty and felt broke with what happen to his application after waiting for so long (48mos), it was about six months had passed since then... and now he´s strong enough to file an appeal.....but he doesn´t know how to start.
please help!!!!

One thing is sunderstood that if you want to appeal , you should contact a lawyer for fruitful results otherwise dont expect any positive outcome.

Hi Kabayan,
There is a time limit in which the applicant has to appeal the decision made by the immigration official. This time limit (which is generally 2 or 3 months) is mentioned on the refusal letter. I feel that as 6 months have passed your friend is not eligible to appeal.
As it is the appeal process is lengthy and costly (as your friend will have to hire a lawyer). Therefore I suggest that if your friend still wants ti immigrate to Canada he should consult a professional regarding his case and submit a new application.
