Hell said this is the start point of the background check.
I just wanna know what was the date in your case.
As you know I have almost exact time line as yours.

I do not remember the exact dates. But I too believe it is the beginning of bchk. In my case, it took about a month from the date they started the bchk.
The entries are something like this.
"BCHK sent for pi electronically on (date)"
"BCHK received for pi electronically on (date)"
