| Subject: Please help spousal medical report ?????? |

The immigration called my spouse and said that his medical documents have not been sentto Paris , France by his doctor after his medical examination was done on March 9, 2005. My spouse visited his doctor and his doctor gave him the DHL Air bill to prove that the documents left on March 12, 2005 and were received on March 15, 2005.
We have faxed in the proof and explaination that the medical documents were received.
I am afraid that the immigration will call and ask my spouse to do his examination again.
1. My question ishas anyone had a similar experience in the past?
2. Will processing his medical report take as long as processing as if it is the first one.
My time line is follows:
Application sent March 31, 2005
Started processing in Missiauga April 22, 2005 and sent to Damascus, Syria
Damascus started processing May 8, 2005
Interview August 3, 2005

Well if they havent received the report u have to go for another test. No processing will be done without that. Processing time will be the same. Except follow up u have no choice but u will get consideration that u have proof that doctor has send it
