Hi all
I sponsored my mother in Nov 2002, CHC new delhi started processing in March 2003. My mother got her medical done on July 1, 05 today I got a letter saying she has an interview on November 28, 05.
I thought if they sent medicals they probably waived interview!!
How long is the medical valid?? Can they give her viza the same day she goes for interview?? Will they tell her whats their decision or anything??
Please advice...

Medical is usually valid for one year. In this kind of sponsorship case interview takes place after reviewing the medical exam. They may make the decision same day and give her the good news indirectly but staming her passport on the same day does not usually happen.
